The advantages from a conventional suite are, the water pipe can be fully concealed, and there is no area behind the toilet to gather dust or germs.The wall face is a much sleeker design.

Or, a dual shower, that comprises of a standard shower rose from the wall, and a rose that comes from the ceiling.

This giving you the affect of a rain shower. The shower roses are controlled via a divertor, and come on seperatly. (a full site inspection is required before installation of the ceiling rose). The free upgrade is to the value of $300.00.
