Here is the typical process we follow from the time you contact us to the time that your brand new bathroom or kitchen is finished for you. The average time to complete a bathroom is one to two weeks.
- Onsite appointment
We will listen and discuss your project with you in your own home, at a time that is convienient for you.
- Design and quoting
We now prepare the design for you and present you with a full quote of the job. We will guide you through this stage in detail to ensure we design the bathroom, kitchen and laundry of your dreams, whilst trying to keep the total cost as suitable to your needs.
- Agreement
Once you are fully satisfied with the design and decide to proceed, we go through the contract together and collect a deposit of 10 percent of the quoted price.
- Shopping…do you want to come along?
Now we’re out purchasing the fittings to make your dream bathroom or kitchen a reality. You are welcome to come along with us if you wish, or we can bring the samples to you. You even get our discount.
- Work commences
We start the building process. Since we know your time is important we will be finished within two weeks.
Guarantee
Bathrooms By Ben offers a seven year guarantee on all our workmanship.
Insurance
Yes, all jobs are fully insured with the BSA (Building Services Australia).
