At Bathrooms & Kitchens By Ben, Brisbane, we follow a precise and consistent process so that you know exactly on any given day where your renovation is up to. We speak with you daily and our supervisor Darren, is in constant contact with you.
Here is the typical process we follow from the time you contact us to the time that your brand new bathroom or kitchen is finished for you. The average time to complete a bathroom is one to two weeks.

1. Onsite appointment
Ben or wife Michelle will listen and discuss your project with you in your own home, at a time that is convienient for you. We make sure it is done the way you like. We will listen!!

2. Design and quoting
We now prepare the design for you and present you with a full quote on the job. We will guide you through this stage in detail to ensure we design the kitchen, bathroom and laundry of your dreams, whilst trying to keep the total cost as suitable to your needs.

3. Shopping… Visit our shoowroom?
Now we’re out purchasing the fixtures & fittings to make your dream project a reality. You are welcome to come to our showroom or source products from other suppliers. We even offer you our trade discount.

4. Agreement
Once you are fully satisfied with the design and decide to proceed, we go through the contract together and collect a deposit of 10 percent of the quoted price.

5. Work commences
We start the building process. Since we know your time is important the renovation process will be finished within two weeks.

Guarantee
Bathrooms & Kitchens By Ben, Brisbane offers a seven year guarantee on all our workmanship.
Insurance
Yes, all jobs are fully insured with the BSA (Building Services Australia), and have constrcuction insurance with a large external insurer.
